Dr. Luigi A. Pecoraro

Dr. Luigi A. Pecoraro is an executive coach and leadership development expert with more than 25 years of experience. The founder of the Next Level Leader Coaching Program and the Executive Leadership Edge Program, Luigi nurtures leaders and businesses to tap into their potential, overcome their hurdles, and drive transformational growth.

Luigi has helped coach more than 1,000 executives. He has partnered with companies including Komatsu, the UAE Ministry of Finance, Kraft Foods, Lockheed Martin, and many others to develop programs that solve organizational challenges and strengthen executive leaders.

Formerly, Luigi served as the Executive Director of Eller Executive Education at the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, where he oversaw global efforts to develop talent and business leadership capabilities for corporate leaders and organizations. He has also held leadership roles at SMU’s Cox School of Business Executive Education and Case Western.

Reserve’s Weatherhead Executive Education. He received his Ed.D in Workplace Learning and Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.

Luigi resides in Rockwall, TX, with his wife, Julie, where he is an active member of the community. He is the proud father of five sons and one daughter.
